Memes to Net Art- Week 8

We are finally looking into some "brightness" on the internet. We looked at some Net Art last week and was also provided with some links that we can browse our selves. Some pretty good stuff! I am still having trouble figuring out what the "Field Guide" is all about and what I should be researching.... The studio session with Alex Saum went well. There was some questions asked about what inspired her to be where she is? It was pretty interesting to hear her answers as well as the engagement. Last week we also got to reflect on where we stand with our grading contracts. Got to kind of take a look at where we stand and ask questions if necessary.... We are more than halfway through the semester now...

Week 6

I think it was pretty interesting reading up on the selfies in every day life. Now a days that is one of our main sources of pictures put on social media. I personally like selfies however it is also good to get pictures of other things around you and preferably with family and friends that you love. I tend on taking a lot more pictures this year :)

Selfie/ Un-selfie

Of course selfies are good to take because we know our best angles which will look good on camera. But it is also good to have an "un-selfie" every once in awhile you can see if you made any progress on weight loss, you can also see the new outfit you might have purchased or the new pair of shoes :)

Field Guide To Surviving the Darkness of the Internet
